Located on a refurbished farmstead ¼ mile from Buda’s historic downtown, the Campus design assumes life isn’t just lived inside your home – prioritizing people over parking and assuming living well means living within the natural landscape. The Campus consists of residential pockets of homes, clustered around beautiful shared spaces: The refurbish farmstead home we call “The Great House” for morning coffee, co-working, meeting and cooking / dining together, a flexible ‘maker space’ studio for creative projects, a patio and pool area, a community garden, a dog park, access way to the neighboring public park, and trees (my gosh, trees everywhere).
