The flagship campus preview

Kindred Uncommon Friends,

We’re excited to announce the launch of the campus preview for our flagship location just south of Austin in Buda, TX.

So, how does this fit into the broader timeline? We expect final development approvals and ground-breaking to happen this summer. If this timeline stays on track we will start accepting refundable deposits this fall, open pre-leasing before the end of the year and see homes available for first move-ins potentially as early as the summer of 2023.

Our aim is to share a much more in depth look at the campus, the formats of homes for rent and the town we’ll be embedded within. We also want to offer a little window into who we are and the ethos behind this effort (informed by so many of you).
